Biography
Mary "Polly" Troxel was born about 1785, probably in Virginia since the Troxel family did not move to Kentucky until about 1800. Her father was Jacob Troxel; her mother's name is unknown.
She married Tarlton Blevins on Jan. 16, 1804 in Wayne County, Kentucky.
Peter Troxall and Tarlton Blevins were the bondsmen. Polly must have been underage since the consent of Jacob Troxall the father of Polley was proved by oath of Peter Troxall [1]
She died about 1849 in Wayne, Kentucky, United States.[citation needed]
Research Notes
She is documented on her marriage record to Tarlton Blevins as "Polly". She does not appear to be documented after the 1810 Wayne, Kentucky Census.[2]

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Polly by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Polly:
Added Troxell-571 back to Blevins-1633, for you to merge. I am not not disputing her German origins. She is documented as "Polly" on her 1804 marriage to Tarlton Blevins.
You can't remove/delete a profile, it needs to be merged or it will just sit out there unconnected forever. "Polly" is the common nickname for Mary. Since the Troxels were Pennsylvania Germans - and they were very big on Biblical or saints names - it's very unlikely that her name was actually Polly.
