Martin, son of Henry Tryon and Betsey Edgerton, married Elsie M. Morrison, daughter of John Morrison and Elsie Humphrey on 19 Apr 1899 in Cuyahoga Co., Ohio.^[1][2] His Cuyahoga County marriage record confirms his parents' names: H. R. Tryon and Bessie Edgerton.

Child: Walter Morrison Tryon, b 22 Jun 1901 in Cleveland, Ohio^[3] Walter died in 1982 in Florida.^[4]
