Biography
My dad was born in San Diego to a 17 year old Mary Jane Tucker and was in foster homes until he was 3, when he was adopted by Ruth Ann Sinclair and Allan Ross Palmer. His birth certificate was changed to say they were his parents. He only found his mom's family in 2013, and I'm still looking for his dad's family because it was important to him that we didn't think he "just fell off the pumpkin truck".
