Biography
Richard Couch Tucker was born in about 1853 in St Helier, Jersey, the son of William Tucker and Elizabeth Jane Couch.
He married Emmeline Lock in 1883. Their marriage was registered in Plymouth, Devon. [1]
In 1891 he was with his wife and 4 children in Plymouth. He was a Telegraph Wireman G W R. [2]
