I Moses Tullice of the District and State aforesaid being in a Low and Lingering State of Health, but in Judgement good do make this my last Will and Testament Revoking all others and do Will and bequeeth the following Property as follows, Viz. My will and desire is that my beloved wife Leutitia Tullice Shall have all my Estate both Real and personal During her natural Life or Widowhood, my Will also is that when my son Newel comes of age that he Should have made out of the horse and saddle worth one hundred Dollars and George, my will and Desire is that at the Death of my beloved wife Lieutitia that there shall be a Sale of all my property both Real and personal and an Equal Division made among all my Children, my will and desire is that Aaron and Moses Tullis and Bleeman White are appointed Executors to attend to the above and See that it is carried out to the Efect agreeable to the above Will. This in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred and Seventeen and August the First day.
