DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Jane by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Jane:
Jane was not married to Moses Quarles, brother of her husband Roger Quarles. Moses had only one known wife, Seth Linton, daughter of Margaret Linton, and born about 1717. Moses is being removed as husband of Jane Tunstall.
FYI, International Marriage Records from Ancestry is considered an unreliable source by most WikiTree projects. Would be preferable to find a stronger source for the identification of her origins and other vitals. Thanks.
Not relying on Marriage Records. Have not yet looked into Jane's sources as much as I would like to. Just know she was not married to Moses Quarles. Have records, wills, etc., showing Moses had only one wife, Seth/Sith Linton. See his profile for sources.
