Biography

Bliss was born in 1856, died in 1928.[1][2]

The Sackville Chignecto Post noted on September 9, 1886: "m. Methodist Church, Baie Verte (West. Co.) 1st inst., by Rev. S.T. Teed, Bliss TURNER, Port Elgin (West. Co.) / Bessie GOODWIN eldest d/o Rufus GOODWIN, Esq., Baie Verte" (as transcribed by Daniel Johnson)

His mother was an Allen.
