Sarah "Sallie" Ann Turner, born January 10, 1813 in Madison, Kentucky was one of fourteen children born to William TurnerElizabeth Crook.[1]
Sallie was 29 when she married 31-year-old Abraham Brewer Weldon, a widower on October 18, 1842 in Boone, County, Missouri. She was his third wife. [2]

Sallie died on February 24, 1890, in Boone, Missouri, having lived a long life of 77 years. She was buried at Gilead Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Browns, Boone County, Missouri.[3]
