Jesse Turner. Born on 24 Dec 1704 in Scituate, MA. Jesse was baptized in the Second Church of Scituate, on 2 Jul 1704.
Jesse first married Grace Dwelley on 18 December 1734 in Scituate[1] and then divorced before 1741. (Grace Dwelley and her first husband Jesse Turner were first cousins once removed. His father and her maternal grandfather were brothers.)
He married his second wife Lydia Neal on 29 March 1741 in Scituate with intentions on 28 February 1740/41.[2]
Jesse and Lydia had the following children:

Jesse inherited his father’s house.
“Jesse settled near the beautiful hills, one fourth mile north-west from Union bridge, on land granted to Humphrey his great grandfather in 1636.”
The will of Jesse Turner of Scituate, yeoman was dated 29 August 1791 and proved on 1 August 1799 in Plymouth. He mentioned his children, Jonathan Turner, Lydia Turner, decd., Seth Turner John Turner, Elisha Turner (executor), and his grandson, Jesse Turner, son of his son Seth. [3]
