Biography
Walter Tyrrell was born on 6 December 1831 in London
He became a member of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1854[1]
By 1871, he and his wife and family are living in Malvern[2] and he is still there in 1881.[3]
He worked for the Gt Western Railway, for Malvern Rural Hospital and as a House surgeon at St Thomas's. He wrote on the treatment of epilepsy.[1]
The 1891 census shows him at home in Malvern with his family[4]
He died on 20 January 1911 at home in Malvern and is buried in the Priory graveyard there.[5]
