Biography
John, born about 1853 in Usworth, Durham, may have been the son of William Tyson, a coal miner, and his wife, Margaret.[1] In 1891, he worked as a coal miner in Lanchester, was married to Ann[2] and had three children.[3] In 1901 he worked in the coal mines as a hewer. He and Ann had five children.[4] He may have died that year.[5]
