Son of Isaac Nash Tyson and Sarah "Molly" Fry Tyson. He married Elizabeth Elizabeth K Landis Tyson (1795 - 1875) had children David (1817-1884), Maria (1819-1861), Henry (1821-1901), Barbara (1824-1909), Isaac (1826-1911), and George(1829-1902).
