The birth info on this profile conflicts with parish records researched by Glassco, who writes that Mary was christened 24 Nov 1641 in Hedley, Hampshire, England.[2]. This source supports other facts from Little Neck as well.
Other pedigree data also conflicts w this DOB, citing b. Abt. 1641, d. Aft. 1675[3]
Mary married George Glascock in 1667 in Old Rappahannock County, Virginia.[1][4]
Mary died in Virginia in 1676; where she lived became Richmond County in 1692, not to be confused with the City of Richmond, which was in Henrico County.[5][6]
Mary is cited in her husband Thomas Hudson's will, which was proved on 5 Nov 1679 in Old Rappahannock County, Virginia; therefore, Mary did not die until after that date.

18 Jan 1662/67 Rappahannock County, Virginia[citation needed] [Note that an Ancestry citation: US and International Marriage Records, 1560-1900. Yates Publishing. Ancestry.com Operations Inc., needs to be confirmed, as it does not indicate a primary or secondary source is behind the record; it could be from a family group sheet entry, alone.]

This is confusing On Geni it shows Mary Berber Fauntelroys father was William and mother was Dorothy. in my tree i have her name as just Mary Fauntelroy. parents as Moore Fauntelroy.
The daughter of Moore was born 1640/1641 per all sources. The woman that married married Thomas Hudson is also shown as born in 1640. Mary, that married Gregory Glasscock was born in 1635. I do not believe that the daughter of Moore is the one that married Gregory Glasscock. I am willing to try to straighten this out for the profile managers if they desire.
Barber Fauntleroy-1 and Fauntleroy-27 appear to represent the same person because: Same parents. Same birth date/location. Same death date/location. Please merge. Thank you.
It simply doesn't make sense to have these two Marys attached to Moore "The Elder." Maybe if they had different mothers, it could happen.
We might find a lead that would justify placing Mary in Virginia; whereas, The Elder Moore Fauntleroy lived and died in England (and did his daughter Mary Barber Fauntleroy); whereas, notably, The Younger Moore Fauntleroy is the person who migrated to Virginia.
Perhaps the marriage date is not solid
FamilySearch has some of the records that I have now added to mother Dorothie, and only two daughters show up, the second of which should be Mary Barber who did not marry Glasscock...
Right now, conflation has happened in Ancestry, on FamilySearch, and on WikiTree. Right now, the vital data for the correct Mary is on her profile (shown as a sister, but I don't think that makes sense: at best, a half-sister or else a cousin).
Please help!
Also note that the Ancestry "citations" above are not qualified citations - if you want to keep them, they should be moved to Research Notes or else (preferably) the original primary or secondary sources to which they should be linkable (or else they are family tree family group sheet entries, and therefore, unsourced) or remove them altogether. Let me know if I can be of help, as right now, I'm mainly focused on Mary Barber Fauntleroy's line, not this collateral (and in reality, shakily defined) one.
