Someone added the following above my biography line despite the sources section on the page. I don't believe it is necessary but out of respect and to possibly learn something I m placing it here: "Note: Further research is required to locate primary documents to satisfy Wikitree source standards for this info from MyHeritage. Some research documents are shown below.
I found a typed note in some family research about our great grandfather Jacob Fisher and family. It shows that there is are court documents somewhere regarding the will written by Jacob on April 18, 1747, about one year before he died in 1848. David Shultze, the man who either wrote or made the the will official, later brought to the courts that it was unfair to the three children mentioned in it which first establishes that almost certainly there were only three children living in 1748. Herman was the oldest son, Anna Marie (Dotterer) the oldest daughter and Anna Margarethe who married Wendell Wyand was the youngest daughter. It was noted 1 daughter and 2 sons died in infancy or early childhood. Oh it also mentioned that his wife died before his death in March 1748 but she made comments about his temperament and memory problems that were cited made public posthumously in court (by Schultze) and used for a ruling on how the estate would actually be divided. I'm not sure how to cite this but if anyone has experience finding documents from this time maybe it is a lead for a good source needed here. It also establishes pedigree of three legitimate children, dates, spouses and the will mentions specific grandchildren as well.
