Johannes Umberger was baptized on 30 Sep 1721 in Kirchardt, Germany. According to German Baptismal records, he is the son of Heinrich and Juliana Umberger. Johannes immigrated with his parents and siblings to America aboard the ship, Hope. He and his family arrived at the port in Philadelphia on 28 Aug 1733. Pennsylvania Will and Probate records indicate he passed in May of 1779.
