DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Jane by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Jane:
We know that George Underwood and Sarah "Sally" Lewis had a daughter named Zilpha Jane; however, I haven't yet found sources to indicate they had another daughter named Jane. Does anyone have anything they can add to help w/ this??
I've set the relationship to her parents as "Uncertain" for now.
Jane Underwood Adamson and Lynden Raber Rodriguez are 10th cousins 7 times removed. And after a cursory glance at our common ancestors it looks like there are a few Magna Carta Surety Barons, and lines that may lead to Charlemagne. Good hunting!
I've set the relationship to her parents as "Uncertain" for now.
Thanks!
