Biography

Nancy Ann Pearson was born about 1804 in Virginia, [1] [2] [3] [4] possibly in Prince George County. Some records list her name as "Nancy", some as "Ann", and some with both names.

On 28 Dec 1822, she married Daniel S. Bryant in Prince William County. It was his second marriage, her first. [5] [6]

Daniel and Nancy Ann had six children:

  • William, Dec 1825
  • George, abt 1829
  • Mary J., abt 1832
  • Daniel S., jr., between 1835 an 1840
  • Julia Ann, abt 1843
  • Matilda, abt 1846

They lived their lives in Manassas, Prince William County as recorded in the censuses of 1850, [1] 1870, [2] and 1880. [3] [4] Note that prior to 1873, Manassas was known as "Manassas Junction", where two railroads intersected.)
