Birth
I have nothing more exact than her birth year. Birth place is the correct German name from the time of her birth. English translation: Hanover, Kingdom of Hanover.
Interestingly, the year before her marriage in Illinois, the Kingdom of Hanover, having supported the losing side in the Austro-Prussian War, was conquered by Prussia and became part of the Kingdom of Prussia.[1]
