Some genealogy websites seem to believe this woman to be Katron Collins, who was born around 1745 also in Alsace. It would make sense seeing as they have a daughter Katron. Full name as being Katron Collins Steiss/Stice Long. Has anyone seen anything to support this theory? A will excerpt I saw has Carl listed his wife as Katron/Catron. Could this be legitimate?

Anyone want to explain the origin of her "parents", John Nicholas Long and Anna Schnebele? Is there any documentation to show that her last name was Long before she married James Long in 1802?
