She m 1 Benjamin Shute in 1638 "England Births and Christenings, 1538-1975", database, FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NPT9-MJN : 4 February 2023), Sarah in entry for Beniamin Shute, 1638. They had 2 children.

Sarah then married Thomas Sanford in 1641. https://search.ancestry.com/collections/3032/records/411665

Her parents are listed as Henry Meadows II (1575-1615) and Margaret Preston(1583-1583) but no sources are given on Family Search. Obviously there is a problem here!

Thomas Sanford's profile discusses the common error that Thomas Sanford was married to a daughter of Henry Meadows. (It says Dorothy Meadows, I suspect that's a mix of fact (first name Sarah) and fiction (last name Meadows).

I checked the Great Migration, and it refers to Thomas' wife as Sarah ________.

Hi, Sarah has been attached as the daughter of her husband and a duplicate of herself. I'm sure you mean her to be the wife of Thomas not his daughter. I'm going to connect her properly. She will need to be merged later with the other wife Sarahs.
