Ann Parmenter, daughter of Joseph & Grace, was born on 28 Aug 1805 and christened on 6 Apr 1806 at Saint Giles, Camberwell, London.[1]
10 Mar 1836 - St John, Hackney, London - marriage of John Ferris, bachelor, and Ann Parmenter, spinster, both of this parish [2] Ann and John had at least two children:
1839 - birth of daughter Mary Ann Ferris registered Poplar, mother = Parmenter[3]
In 1851 Ann Ferris (age 43) lived at Roman Road in Bow, Middlesex with her husband John (40, Floor Cloth Labr) and two daughters: Mary Ann (11, Scholar) and Maria (9, Scholar).[5]

In 1881 Ann Ferris (age 74) and her husband John (70, Laborer) lived at Old Ford Road in Bow AKA St Mary Stratford-le-Bow with her son-in-law John Scaysbrook (41, Warehouse Keeper), daughter Maria Scaysbrook (39), and six Scaysbrook grandchildren: Alice (21, Trimming Hand), Alfred (17, Laborer), Maria (15, Trimming Hand), Charles (12, Scholar), Grace (5, Scholar), and Albert (2).[7]
Ann Ferris passed away in 1887, aged 78 years. Her death was registered in Poplar, London in the last quarter of the year.[8]
