Biography

Annie Lydia Bennett was born on 12 Feb 1875 in Paulding County, Ohio, the daughter of Ira Bennett, born in Harding County, Ohio, and Harriet Wolf, born in Paulding County.^[1][2] Her Find A Grave memorial gives her middle name was Litia.^[3]

Lemuel F. Spurgeon, 25, married Anna L. Bennett, 22, in Defiance County, Ohio, on 21 July 1890, by license issued the same day. The ceremony was performed by Jacob Adams, J.P.^[4] See the profile for Elemuel Spurgeon for details of their children.

She died in 18 Jul 1944 in Kenton, Hardin, Ohio. Her usual residence was Risingsun.The informant on her Death Certificate was E. F. Spurgeon of Risingsun.^[1] She is buried at the Trinity Cemetery, Girton, Sandusky, Ohio.^[3]
