Biography

When Robert Orval Carter was born on January 1, 1906, in Walburg, Texas, his father, Robert W Carter (1872-1954) was 34 and his mother, Mable V Carter (1873-1958), was 33. He married Earle Roe in 20 Nov 1925. They had one child during their marriage. He died on March 21, 1986, in San Angelo, Texas, at the age of 80.
