Cautionary Note: I believe there were two Mary Browns. One married Tim Vincent and the other married a John Thomas Vincent. The two Mary Browns were born within a year of each other and died the same year, but different month and day. Many researchers believe these all to be the same person; however the proof they are not is that the other Mary Vincent appears in the 1870, 1880 census with husband John and more children; where as this Mary appears in the 1870, 1880 census with Jeptha. Jeptha is listed as a "son" in both records.
