Biography

Lela Shaw was born in New York, New York, United States on 16 May 1880,^[1] the daughter of William H Shaw and Alice J Horton.^[2]

Lela married Victor Freeman in Manhattan, New York on 6 May 1906.^[2][3]

Lela was living with Victor in Manhattan's 12th Ward, New York, United States together with a servant, Regina Simon, on 21 April 1910.^[4] By 1915, Lela was living with her husband in Hempstead, New York.^[5]

Lela died on 29 September 1918 and was buried in Sleepy Hollow, Westchester, New York, United States.^[1]
