“Lerie B. Dye, 84, Pointer, died Friday, February 22, at Humana Hospital Lake Cumberland following a lengthy illness.
Born September 26, 1900, in Pulaski County, she was the daughter of L.B. and Rusha Dick Dye, and the widow of Dennie Dye. They were married in 1923.
Survivors include a son, Darwin Dye, Somerset; a sister, Roxie Cooper, Lexington; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
A son, Velmer Dye; a brother, Russell Dye; and a sister, Berchie Baugh, preceded her in death.
She was a member of Fishing Creek Baptist Church, where Bro. Garlin Wilson will conduct services tomorrow at 2 p.m.
Visitation will begin after 6 p.m. today at Pulaski Funeral Home.

She is buried at Fishing Creek Missinary Baptist Chirch Cemetery, Pulaski, Kentucky with her parents and her husband.
