There was a Hannah Phillips, named as daughter of William Robert Phillips and Ruth Van Metre, in an 1850 Barbour, Virginia deed. The name, place and time frame are similar, but there is no presently known direct evidence that these are the same person rather than another person of similar name. There is no direct evidence for when this Hannah Phillips was born.
