Parents
I believe that this Samuel Williamson is the correct father for Sarah, even though she is not listed as a descendant in records found to date [6 Nov 2014] to prove this assumption. The reason for this is as follows:
- Byrd (Bird) Lockhart Sr married Sarah Williamson, daughter of Samuel Williamson.
- Byrd and Sarah relocated to Washington County, Ohio after residing in Virginia, selling property in Wood County, Virginia in 1804.[1]
- Samuel Williamson also relocated to Washington County, Ohio at about the same time, after residing in Virginia.
At this time, Washington County, Ohio was sparsely populated. More research is needed to determine if they were in the same area.

Unknown-269867 and Williamson-4227 appear to represent the same person because: Same Person.. Glad we don't have duplicate children to work through. I have a stack of papers that I obtained in Caldwell County and Gonzales ...Just have to find the time. Merge these, and Byrd (spouse) and we can go from there. Also, did I tell you the lead that I did get in TX...not confirmed but supposedly might be a brother of James Lockhart (who married Rachel Totten)...more digging to do. :) Thanks Nancy!
