Biography
Annie was born in 1862 in Virginia. She is the daughter of George Whitley. Her surname at birth is known from the social security records of her son Charles; [1] her middle name from his marriage record.[2] Annie, as she appears to have been known, first married a Lawrence. On 10 Jul 1889 Annie Lawrence married Alexander H. Ramsey. [3] Annie died in 1937. [4]
