I do have a link within Remember Wiswall's information to that public record of a signature from Ichabod Wiswall and a Remember Wiswall. But it tells us nothing of their relationship or Remember's gender. I have seen records in that time period of Remember as the name for a male and a female. In any case, it's promising and a clue, but probably not genealogical proof of their relationship.

There is a public record of Ichabod and Remember Wiswall signing an indenture in 1667. This is a confirmation of her first name.
Agreed - we don't know what her unmarried last name is. We don't even know her first name was Remember, though I think we accept that her married name was Wiswall.

Do you think it should be changed, then to Unknown Unknown Wiswall? And then just make note that her first name may have been Remember?

Wiswall-228 and Unknown-278731 appear to represent the same person because: Please merge. This merge will correct the last name at birth for Remember from Wiswall to unknown. Since her married name was Wiswall, Wiswall should be coded in the current last name field when the merge is completed.
Annie, Remember's maiden name is not known. We need to change her last name at birth from Wiswall (her married name) to Unknown. This is done by a merge transaction.
