Biography
Jane Burns was christened in Holy Trinity, Whitehaven, Cumberland, England on30th March 1831. She was the daughter of George and Ann [1]
She married Joseph in Whitehaven in 1851 [2]
A son Joseph was born in 1866 in Whitehaven Name: Mother's Maiden Surname: HODGSON, JOSEPH BOWES BURNS GRO Reference: 1866 M Quarter in WHITEHAVEN Volume 10B Page 578 [3] Cormack-404 14:40, 1 December 2020 (UTC)
In 1881 she and Joseph and son Joseph were living in Arlecdon, Cumberland. She was 51 and decribed as an ironmonger's wife [4]
She died in 1886 in Whitehaven aged 55 [5]
