I will start a tree at some point, but right now, I'll just post the basics of what I know. It's just busy this time of year. I'd like to add a tree eventually, though. So what I know is Rebecca Wells married James Hackley and had a son, John Hackley. John Hackley's daughter, Emma Elizabeth, married Barnett Reed. They had a son, Oliver Hackley Reed. His daughter, Ellamae was my grandmother. She married Burt Coddington and had 3 daughters and a son, my father, Gerald. I also have 2 young sons, so Wanagapeth has a couple of great, great, great, great, great, great grandsons! I always knew my great grandfather was part Miami, but only recently learned about his ancestry. It's pretty amazing to learn all this history about Little Turtle and William Wells and Sweet Breeze. I had no idea!

Rebecca Wells was my great great great great (great?) grandmother. I have some info. on that branch if anyone's interested.

I see from the narrative that she had two daughters who left descendants. If you can add the line forward in time that would be great.

I would be glad to share what I have, but I'm not sure how. Do I just post it as a comment? I'm new to this. Thanks for your help.

Yes, posting as a comment is fine. Thank you.

JC, you could also start building out your tree, from yourself moving back in time: add profiles for your parents, then their parents, being sure to add sources as you go, working back generation by generation. The further back you go, the more likely you are going to run into profiles already being on WikiTree.
