Thanks for joining WikiTree. I'm a WikiTree Mentor available to answer any questions or help solve any issues you may have.
How To Use WikiTree is a good starting point, and the Help Index is an important place to find out how to do most tasks.
Do you have Royal Ancestors? They are already here on Wikitree! Rather than create duplicate profiles for them, please contact the EuroAristo Project to discuss connecting your family line to their profiles.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask me via my profile page.

Another Aussie wishing to use WikTree. I live in good old Adelaide and started to use WikiTRee in 2012. Happy to note you have a desire to know more about your family history. I have found WikiTree to be an excellent tool for research and collaboration.
You are now a member of the WikiTree Community. Please note we are trying to build one Collaborative Tree which means one profile per person. It is important to ensure no duplicates are entered as you add Profiles to WikiTree. Once you entered your family members it is exciting to see other people finding your family profiles, asking questions, and expanding it.
If you need any help getting started check out the help section from the menu, top left, or head over to the G2G forum, you might want to check out the introductory WikiTree video that a member created.
Our Mentor Team are a friendly bunch of volunteers who will be glad to help you with specific problems if you have any.
Great to have you on board, good luck growing your branches, and thanks for offering to help with our shared tree.
Ludwig :)
Presently, I live in Darwin, Australia.
As a guest, you can search for your ancestors and participate in G2G, where you can ask questions that you didn't find an answer to in WikiTree Help (see the "Help" drop-down menu at upper rightfor additional links that may be of use, please click my name and check out the links I list under my "Greeter" sectionespecially the Sources links and the link to my fellow greeter Debby, who also has helpful information on her profile page).
If you would like to join WikiTree, and help with our mission of one tree, please read the Honor Code, volunteer, and post a comment on your profile page; we'll be glad to add you to the WikiTree community.
Happy Hunting!
