Biography

Julia Utterback was born 10 Oct 1881 in Calloway Co., Kentucky, USA to James Henry Utterback and his first wife, Frances Jane Curd. ^{[1] [2] [3]} She married Perry Graves Meloan and died 18 July 1918 from tuberculosis. ^{[4] [5]}

Interesting fact: Julia and Perry are second cousins once removed. Andrew Meloan is Julia's g-g-grandfather and Perry's g-grandfather.

Julia and Perry had the following children: ^[3]

1. Hazel Meloan (1901-1968). ^[4] Married Roger Hamilton Gentry.
2. Pat Meloan (1905–1972) ^[6]
3. John Z. Meloan (1910–1965)
