Welcome to our community, David, and thank you for volunteering to help us grow our worldwide WikiTree. The more ancestors you're able to add, the more likely cousins will be able to find you so you can help each other. There are a few tips on my profile page if you'd care to take a look.
VERY IMPORTANT:
The more documents, sources, dates, and locations you provide on the profiles you create, the stronger your branches and our mutual global tree will be.
If you're interested in old photos, we recently started a weekly photo contest.
I hope your experience as a member of the WikiTree community will be very pleasant and productive. :)
My name is David Parks Changed my name from Christopher Allen Vaerewyck. I am trying to find out information about my family to find out where I come from since the knowledge on my Grandmother's side is very limited Her name was Carol Sue Johnson. Any help is greatly appreciated and sho knows maybe I can uncover some things that No one else knew about our family.
Also, WikiTree Help is filled with useful information you might want to review. The help pages can be accessed through the link in the upper right hand corner of your profile page.
Our Honor Code is a very important part of why our community is such a friendly place to grow your family tree. :o)
