NELSONVILLE - John Conway, age 79, and single, died early this morning at the home of Mrs. Freda Hellyer where he had made his home for the past five years.
The body was taken to the Stout Funeral Home where friends may call.

Mrs. Freda Hellyer, 52, wife of the late Charles Hellyer, died this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ruth Keating, 864 Chestnut Street, where she had made her home. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Valkinburg and was a lifelong resident of Nelsonville.
Surviving are: three daughters, Mrs. Ruth Keating, Mirs. Lillian Silcott, Columbus; Miss Virginia Hellyer, Columbus; one son, Cpl. Charles Hellyer, in Germany; one sister, Mrs. Gladys Pierce, Nelsonville, and four brothers, Raymond and Max, Phoenix, Ariz; Roy, Williard, Ohio, and Gilbert, Detroit, Michigan.
