Research notes
Franszen, Dirck's patronymic, is the first true "surname" that appears for him in church records, at the baptism of his daughter Immetie. His patronymic is first recorded as "Janszen" but after viewing his other records, this was transcribed incorrectly at some point. Quackenbush-118 23:04, 31 March 2017 (EDT)
Disconnecting him from Van_Dyck-74 and Haegen-1 as parents and moving him over to Van_Dyke-480. As can be seen by his church records, the "Janszen" in his marriage record is a mistake. He's the son of Frans Claes Van Dyck and Immetie Dircx.
