Biography

Provann Peeler was enumerated at Marion Township, White County, Arkansas for the November 8, United States Census, 1850. She was noted as born 1830 in Kentucky as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are male C Peeler and female Harriet Peeler.^[1]

P A Brown was enumerated at Jackson Township, White County, Arkansas for the August 19, United States Census, 1860. She was noted as born 1830 in Arkansas as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are male J Brown, female C Brown, female E Brown, male H Brown, female Mary Brown, female M Piler, male C Piler, female J Piler and female W E Piler.^[2]

Provy A Brown was enumerated in Pine, White County, Arkansas as wife of the head of household for the United States Census, 1880. Also in the household were head J M Brown, son Hiram N Brown, son William H H Brown, son Samuel C Brown, son Charles F Brown, other L M Moody, stepson C W Peeler and son John P Brown.^[3]
