Biography
Rebecca Van Meter (daughter of Isaac Van Meter and Ann Wynkoop) was born May 20, 1734 in Hampshire County, Virginia. Married Abraham Hite (son of Jost Hite and Anna Maria Merckle) December 3, 1751 in Morefield, Hardy County, Virginia; born May 10, 1729 in Perkiomen, Chester County, Pennsylvania; died January 17, 1790 in Hardy, Bedford County, Virginia.

VanMeter-107 and Van Meter-28 appear to represent the same person because: both listed as wife of Abraham Hite. I set merge so that Van Meter (two words) would be the remaining profile (Van Meter-28 should show above third column as the "new" profile when the profiles are in the process of being merged).
