Biography
Vina Lee Van Winkle was born in New Mexico in 1903. She was the daughter of Archibald Van Winkle and Loula Watts. She married John Neal Haines in 1924. Her death certificate states that died in 1958 in El Paso, Texas, but her residence was Hatch, Doña Ana, New Mexico.

McVaugh and Mrs.Gerry Hamilton, both of El Paso; two sisters, Mrs. Nettie Brownfield of El Paso and Mrs. Ola Franklin of Artesia, N.M.; fourbrothers, O.E. Van Winkle, Hope, N.M.; E.O. Van Winkle, Walco, Okla.; Verble Van Winkle, Truth or Consequences, and Audie Van Winkle, Meeker, Colo.; one uncle, Edgar Watts of Roswell; and five grandchildren.
