Rebecca Matilda Vance was born in 1854 at Dromore, Tyrone in Northern Ireland. [1]
Rebecca was one year old when she left Ireland with her parents, James and Anne and her 7 siblings (Margaret age 6 died on the voyage) in 1855 for New South Wales. They sailed on the Victory, arriving in Sydney on 24 May 1855. Her parents were Protestants from Dromore, Tyrone in Northern Ireland. [1]
She married Adam Thomas Bond in 1874 in Sydney, New South Wales.[2]
She passed away in 1882 at Glebe, New South Wales.[3]
