Biography
Helen G. Vance, daughter of Robert Lucas Vance and Nellie McGregor, was born 22 September 1901 in Bollinger County, Missouri. [1] In 1910, "Helen Vance", age 8, lived in Fillmore, Bollinger, Missouri, with parents Robert and Nellie ad siblings: Benjamin, Claud, Rose, Lora, Versie, Helen, and Gladis. [1]
She married Carl B. Scott on 6 June 1924. She was a school teacher and retired after 65 years of teaching.
Helen died 18 October 1999 in Marble Hill, Bollinger County, Missouri and was buried in Baker Cemetery, Lutesville, Bollinger County, Missouri. [2].
