Biography

Vincent Vandiver was born in 1778 or 1779 in Hampshire (now Mineral) County, Virginia (now West Virginia). He may have married Martha Leewright about 1810, though some sources say they never married. He died in September 1853 in Boone County, Missouri

In 1820 Vincent was found in Hampshire County, Virginia (now West Virginia) He was liste in agriculture, but without his family

In 1830 he was in Hampshire County, Virginia (now West Virginia)

By 1840 he had moved to Cedar Twp., Boone County, Missouri and was engaged in agriculture

In the census taken on 09 Oct 1850 he was in Boone County, Missouri and was listed as a farmer. His will was probated on 09 NOV 1853 in Boone County, Missouri
