Marriage record indicates that Mary's maiden name is Vanover, in addition to her marrying Daniel Vanover.

Note on Parents

There could be a transcription error on her marriage record regarding the name of her mother. It could be "Rhoda".

The death record of Nannie Johnson indicates that her mother's maiden last name is "Long". This could indicate the parents of Mary as Henry Vanover and Rhoda Long. It could be due to embarrassment that Daniel and Mary are cousins. Death records of other children do not give Mary's last name.
