Vaughn-1934 and Vaughn-2430 appear to represent the same person because: Matching birthdate, death date, birth & date locations. Particularly the 1850 Census confirms this information. Located in Wayne County, KY, parents James & Elizabeth Vaughn.

Some more work may need to be done to verify the siblings are correct. I have from that 1850 Census record siblings: John, James, Peggy, Hiram & Rebecca
