Biography
Millicent Vaughn was born in 1734 to parents Abraham Vaughn and Edith Gist. The family lived in Baltimore County, Maryland at the time of her birth. She married Benjamin Price. They had up to nine children including Mordecal, Christopher and Edith listed. She passed away 26 May 1787.
