Biography

John was born in 1807. He was the son of Christley Vaught and Anna Elizabeth Phillippi. He passed away in 1884.

John is often confused with John H. Vaught (born in Wythe, Virginia between 1804-1805; but lived most of his life in Johnson, Tennessee) who was the son of David and Anna Maria (Ketterling) Vaught.
