Ása Haraldsdottir used to be attached as her mother, but has been removed due to being born about the same time as Lifa (if not after). For that matter, Lifa is given a birthdate inconsistent with the birthdate given to Helgi Olafsson (Helgi Kvasse), who was listed as her son. - Østenstad-1 16:28, 8 June 2019 (UTC)

All online family trees tend to agree upon 774-840 as dates for Lifa, none of them appear to have any sources - and she seems to come from family trees that assign Helgi Kvasse as the son of Geirstad-Alf, while saga sources generally have him as the son of Olaf, son of Hring.

Other family trees (for instance, most of this list and this page as of 8 Jun 2019) have her as the mother of Ragnvald (DeVestfold) Olafsson and still as the wife of Geirstad-Alf. No sources here either.
