Biography

Elvira was born in 1858 in Minnesota.[1]

In 1860, Benj. Viles, a 29 year old farmer, lived in Cannon, Rice, Minnesota, with his wife Emily, 25, and 4 children, including 2-year-old Elvira. Polly Rock is living with the family.[1]

In 1865, Benj. W. Viles lived in Bridgewater, Rice, Minnesota, with his wife Emily and four children.[2]

In 1875, Benjamin Viles lived in Osakis, Douglas, Minnesota, with his wife and four children.[3]

Elvira Matthews died 1889.[citation needed]
