There is no record for her birth. It is estimated as about 1565 based on the estimated year of birth of her husband (about 1565) and the birth of their first son Richard in late 1584. She was probably born in Harpole, Northamptonshire, her parents' home.
Elizabeth and Richard were buried in the church at Courteenhall, Northamptonshire, England.[1][3]
Elizabeth probably died in 1630. She was alive in 1629/30 when her daughter, Dorothy, mentioned to Lady Jane Bacon that her mother had the gout and was gravely ill. Dorothy did not expect her to live much longer. Then in another letter in 1630/1 Dorothy mentions that she "bring my mother's busines to some thing" which suggests that her mother was dead and Dorothy was taking care of her estate.[14]

Magna Carta Project
This profile was re-reviewed for the Magna Carta Project by Terri Swift in July 2020 and approved by Michael Cayley.
Elizabeth (Vincent) Lane appears in a trail between Gateway AncestorsWilliam Randolph and Henry Randolph to Magna Carta Surety BaronWilliam Malet that was identified and badged by the Magna Carta Project in January 2015. This badged trail needs re-review by the project. This profile also appears in a Richardson-documented trail from the Randolph Gateways to surety baron Richard de Clare (MCA III:416-422 RANDOLPH) that has not yet been developed on WikiTree. These trails are detailed in the Magna Carta Trails section of the profile of Gateway William Randolph.
See Base Camp for more information about identified Magna Carta trails and their status. See the project's glossary for project-specific terms, such as a "badged trail".
Vincent-909 and Vincent-118 appear to represent the same person because: Appear to be the same person; however Vincent-118 profile indicates she had a child at age 53 (not likely). Jim Miller
I don't see any difference in opinion in parents. The link (#28/29) presently lists her parents as Clement Vincent and Anne Tanfield, as per the present Wikitree profile.
Thanks Amanda - the only two dates in MCA 2nd ed. (I can't see RA or PA 2nd Ed, but usually its the same) are legatee in the 1577 will of Elizabeth Lovett, and her da. was bapt. 4 Sep 1589. So she was born before 1577 and d. after 1589. Her youngest da. was b. in 1600, so I changed her death date to aft 1600.
She also didn't die in Westerly Rhode Island (where did that come from?)
